The three dimensions
These three are chosen because they map most cleanly to movement between OMI archetypes. Most enterprises that score "Cosmetic" do so because Leadership is the constraint; most that move from "Assisted" to "Transitional" do so by unlocking Process; most that stall in the messy middle do so because Talent has not caught up. These three sections compress the diagnostic without losing the signal.
Leadership Metabolism
How fast the executive team makes GO/NO-GO decisions, names accountability for outcomes (not projects), and frames AI as business model evolution rather than tech deployment.
Process Metabolism
How fast workflows redesign rather than layer. The default response to AI insertion: redesign the process, or wrap AI around the existing one. Layering is the most expensive form of automation.
Talent Metabolism
How fast workforce moves from AI introduction to productive daily use. Reskilling velocity, role redesign cadence, AI literacy as baseline rather than specialty.

All three tiers use the same scoring engine and produce the same archetype output (Cosmetic / Assisted / Transitional / Adaptive). The score from a tighter tier is a faster read; the score from a deeper tier is a more nuanced one.
