What We Collect

When you take the OMI assessment, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, work email, company name, industry, company size, and role. We also collect your assessment responses and calculated scores.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not access your inbox, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.

How We Use Your Data

  • Generate your OMI score, dimension breakdown, and personalized recommendations
  • Create AI-powered executive diagnostic reports tailored to your context
  • Allow you to retrieve past assessments via email lookup or Google sign-in
  • Aggregate anonymized data to maintain industry benchmarks
  • Enable team assessments when you join or create a team

What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We do not send unsolicited marketing emails
  • We do not share individual assessment results without your consent
  • We do not use your data for advertising targeting

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Assessment data is retained indefinitely so you can track your organization's progress over time. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We track anonymous usage events (page views, assessment completion) to improve the product. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis. No tracking is used for advertising.

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
