The Assessment

The Organizational Metabolism Index (OMI) is a diagnostic tool that measures how fast an organization can absorb AI transformation. It is designed for enterprise leaders, transformation teams, and organizational strategists.

The assessment is currently free to use. Scores, archetypes, and recommendations are generated algorithmically based on your responses. AI executive reports are generated using large language models and should be treated as analytical input, not definitive guidance.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide. By submitting an assessment, you grant us permission to store and process your responses to generate results, maintain benchmarks, and improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Team Assessments

When you create a team assessment, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from team members before sharing the invite link. Team dashboards aggregate individual scores and are visible to anyone with the team link. Do not share team links publicly if the data is sensitive.

Accuracy and Limitations

Industry benchmarks are derived from practitioner research and public data. They represent directional guidance, not statistically validated norms. The OMI framework is practitioner-derived and continuously refined. Scores should inform strategy, not replace organizational judgment.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit fabricated data to manipulate benchmarks
• Do not use automated tools to mass-generate assessments
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm for commercial purposes
• Do not scrape or redistribute assessment content without permission

Intellectual Property

The OMI framework, scoring methodology, dimension model, archetype classifications, and all associated content are the intellectual property of OMI Index. You may share your personal results freely. You may not reproduce the assessment framework for commercial use without written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the assessment available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your assessment history.
